Payout Terms and Conditions

Submitting a payout request means you have read, understood, and accepted these Payout Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not submit a payout request.

You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date withdrawal details — including bank name, account holder name, account number, branch, and mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) as applicable. Double-check every digit and name before you submit.

If you provide incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or mismatched account information and SayNeed processes payment to the details you submitted, SayNeed is not liable for loss, delay, misdirected funds, or inability to recover money sent to a wrong account. Once a payout is completed to the account details you provided, that fulfillment is treated as valid discharge of SayNeed’s payment obligation for that request.

SayNeed may review, delay, reject, or request clarification on any payout for security, compliance, or fraud prevention. Approval and timing depend on admin review, available balance, and platform rules. Minimum withdrawal amounts and other limits shown in the app or website apply.

Bank and mobile-wallet transfers are often irreversible once completed by the receiving institution. SayNeed cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent based on details you entered incorrectly. You should treat every payout request as final once submitted and approved.

Available methods may include bank transfer and supported mobile financial services. Account details must match the selected method. Providing details for a different method than selected may cause failure or misdirection, for which you remain responsible.

You must not submit payout requests using stolen, third-party, or unauthorized account details without lawful authority. SayNeed may suspend payouts or accounts where fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected. You are responsible for securing your login and for all payout requests made from your account.

These Payout Terms and Conditions supplement SayNeed’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict on payout-specific matters, these payout terms apply to the extent of that conflict.

SayNeed may update these Payout Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the payout feature after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material updates may be communicated via the platform or email where appropriate.
